I so enjoyed the opportunities as a child to spend time with my godparents, Hazel and Ronald and their three daughters (my cousins) when our family traveled to New Bedford for East Coast vacations. Auntie Hazel provided knitting inspiration to me while I was in middle school and even made Christmas stockings for each of my own two children upon their births. I am saddened that I did not have so many occasions to enjoy her company in my adult life, but am looking forward to traveling to New Bedford with my mother--her sister Barbara-- for Hazel''s Celebration of Life service, so we can both hear stories about her life and so I can finally have an opportunity to meet her grandchildren . Wishing great peace and much love to my uncle, my cousins, and others who were blessed to have Hazel in their lives.

Cousin Hazel will be missed by many. She was a wonderful help to my mom, her Aunt Thelma Brown, during my mom's older years before we moved her closer to family in Conn.
My thoughts an prayers are with all of Hazel & Ronnie's family, who I don't believe I ever met, as I left New Bedford in 1959. - Gordon Brown

Dear Ronnie, Gail, Donna, Annie-Marie and all your extended families. My deepest sympathies to all of you. I remember Hazel as a special friend when we worked together many years ago. We lost touch as years passed and our lives took different paths but she will always be remembered as a special friend. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
