Barbara A (Levasseur) Adams

NEW BEDFORD -  Barbara Ann Adams, Age 76, passed away on July 10th. 2021 after a long brave struggle with C.O.P.D. She was the Daughter of the late Alban and Vivian  Levasseur. Also like a daughter to Vivian's life long companion, after the death of her husband, the late Alfred Pacheco. 
She was born in Newark New Jersey on November 10th.1944. She grew up and attended school in the Acushnet area of Massachusetts. She married twice and worked as a Mother/Home Maker for many years until the 80's when she went to work for Eastern Sportswear until her retirement.
 
She was the Mother of her late twin girls Patricia and Christine Latimer, and also of her two late sons, Lawrence Richard Adams and Shawn Anthony Adams and the Sister of the Late Alban (Sonny) Levasseur.
 
She is survived by her Brother Roger Levasseur of New Bedford. Her Son Michael Latimer and his wife Darlene, of New Bedford. And her Grandchildren Nichole, Rusty and his wife Lori...and her Great Grandson Noah. Along with many nieces and nephews.
