Carlene Almeida 80,of New Bedford passed away on Wednesday May 23, 2018.
Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late; Joseph Rodrigues and Alice (Souza) Paulsen.
Carlene was the loving mother of her two children, her son; Wayne S. Paulino of New Bedford and her daughter; Kelley A.Trautwein also of New Bedford. She was also the proud grandmother of her three grandchildren; Steven Nolan, Alicia Pauline and Paul Trautwein. and her three great grandchildren; Avaleena Donnelly, James Donnelly and Jordyn LeeMarie Martins. Carleen is also survived by her sister; Donna Carter of Acushnet.
Carlene worked for years at various jobs, and she was a CNA., but she really enjoyed being a homemaker. She also liked to take care of others, especially the elderly.
Per her wishes, there will be no services.
