David M. Barboza

David M. Barboza 58,of North Waterford, Maine passed away on January 14, 2017 at Mass General Hospital in Boston.

He was the beloved husband of Cheryl (Protami) Barboza.

Born in New Bedford, he was the son of  the late Antone M. Barboza and Muriel I.(Davis) Barboza. David was the father of; Eric Dean Barboza of Freedom New Hampshire, Keith Robert Barboza of Waterford Maine and Melissa Johnson, also of Maine. David is survived by his siblings;  Two brothers; Douglas Barboza and his wife Christine of New Bedford and Dean Barboza of Bridgeton,Maine, and two sisters, Kathie Davis of Fryebrg Maine and Karen Hodson. David was also the grandfather of Amelia Barboza and Rachel Johnson.

David worked for years as an auto mechanic for Frechette Auto.  He loved cars and could fix them all. He also loved anything to do with the water, water skiing, and boats.

Family to have his memorial service at a later date.
