Taunton; Donald Alves, Jr., 66 passed away on Tuesday February 27, 2018 at Morton Hospital in Taunton.
Born in New Bedford Ma he was the son of the late Donald Alves, Sr and Laura (Texeira) Camara.
Donald is survived by his children; Jaime Alves and his wife Rachel of Rochester, Chad Alves of Florida and Kimberly (Alves) Levesque of North Dartmouth. Donald was also the proud grandfather of his 7 grandchildren and 2 great grans. He is also survived by his siblings; Mark Alves of New Bedford and Donna Matos Santiago of New Bedford. He was predeceased by his sister; the late Nancy Rebello. Donald leaves behind, as well, his long time significant other; Debbie Sears.
Donald loved music, blues, country etc. He used to teach children how to play instruments. He loved and knew everything there was to know about computers. He also loved motorcycles.
His Memorial Service will be held at South Coast Chapel Mortuary, 158 Middleboro Rd (Rt.18) East Freetown, Ma 02717 @ 4:30pm On Thursday March 15, 2018, to which relatives and friends are respectfully invited to atted.
