Dorothy A. (McAdams) DeAngelis

Dorothy DeAngelis 92, of New York, most of her life until a few years ago, passed away peacefully, Nov. 4, 2014 at the Atria in Fairhaven.

Born in Queens, New York she was the daughter of the late, Mr. McAdams and Anna ((Burgman) McAdams. She was the beloved wife of the late Henry M. DeAngelis.

Dorothy was the proud mother of 2 daughters, Linda Holihan of Lindhurst, New York and Nancy DeAngelis of East Freetown. Dorothy is predeceased by her siblings, her brother, The late Thomas McAdams and her sister, the late Marie Betz.

She was also the proud grandmother of 2, grandchildren, Kelly Arnold and Andrew Goggins. Also survived by her devoted, dedicated furry child, her cat patches, who never left her side and was faithful companion to her, even till the end.

Per her family's wishes, Dorothy's services are to be held at a later date in New York.
