Eleanor M Tatro

Eleanor M. Tatro 79, of New Haven CT passed away on January 23, 2018 at Sacred Heart Nursing Home in New Bedford.

Born in New Bedford, Ma she was the beloved daughter of the late William T. Tatro, Sr. and Alice (Newby) Tatro.

Eleanor is survived by her siblings; her brother, William T. Tatro, Jr. and his wife Jeanne of N. Dartmouth and her two sisters; Alice C. Hall and her husband Charles of Acushnet and Louise R. Newton of New Jersey. Eleanor is also survived by her niece; Victoria K. Hughes and her nephew; Charles W. Hall II, who were both like her own children, to Eleanor.

Eleanor spent her life as a nurse and an educator, Her schooling included 6 years plus Masters. She worked as a Registered Nurse at Children's Hospital in Boston, and she also help start a nursing program in Southern Connecticut. She belonged to the Coral Group which was a singing group (Barber Shop). And oh how she loved, her Cocker Spaniels.

Per Eleanor's wishes there will be no services.
