Florence (Merrill) Lawrence

Florence Lawrence 98, of Rochester passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 23, 2022 at Tobey Hospital in Wareham.

She was the beloved wife of the late Maxwell M. Lawrence, Jr.

Born In Provincetown, Ma, she was the daughter of the late Anthony Merrill and the late Bertha Florence Merrill.

Florence is survived by her children: Maxwell Lawrence Jr. and his wife Polly Perkins of Rochester, Ma., Geraldine Dudley of Norway Maine and Jean Lapointe of Rochester, Ma. And her brother; Anthony Merrill of Hartford, Ct. She was also the loving grandmother and great grandmother to many.

Florence lived a very long life, she enjoyed taking the bus to Foxwoods Casino and she loved her family, being a wife, mother and grandmother, and at 94, well, she just really wanted to have a dog.

Per Florence's wishes there will be no services.
