Howard A. Levine, "Benny" 89, of New Bedford passed away peacefully at his home, Thursday October 27, 2016.
Beloved husband of the late Shirley (Sunderland) Levine.
Loving father of Loretta Bieu of New Bedford, John Nunes of Dartmouth, Donna Freitas of New Jersey and Sharon Otero of New Bedford. Brother of the late Jason Levine. He was the proud grandfather of 11 grandchildren and he is survived by several nieces and nephews.
Howard was a veteran of the United States Army, who served during WWII. He also worked for 30 years as a stationary fireman at Chamberlain Mfg.
Private services to include burial in Massachusetts National Cemetery with his beloved wife.
