Obituary

Jeannette A Pittsley, 85 of East Freetown Massachusetts, passed away on February 25, 2023. Jeannette suffered a cardiac arrest in her home and later passed away at Charlton Memorial Hospital. Jeannette was a loving wife to the late Louis Pittsley, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and friend to all. Jeannette is survived by her eldest son Louis J. Pittsley of Freetown, son David N. Pittsley Sr. and his wife Laura, of Lakeville, and daughter Donna J. Medeiros, and her husband Timothy of Greece NY. Jeannette is also survived by her loving grandchildren, Kristen, Kerrin, Joshua, and David jr., and great grandchildren, Jasmine, Faith, Samantha, Hunter, Cooper and Zion. Jeannette loved the outdoors. She loved riding on the back of their motorcycle and riding to Lake George NY every summer with her late husband, Louis. She loved to knit, crochet and gardening. The cremation is being handled by South Coast Chapel Mortuary. There will be a celebration of life with refreshments for family and friends on Saturday, March 4, 2023 at the American Legion, 71 Hope St Acushnet MA. 12pm ~ 4pm
