Jesse Martin, Jr. 74, of East Freetown, passed away on Thursday the 11th of October at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford.
He was the beloved spouse of Joaquim Lucas.
Born In New Bedford he was the son of the late Jesse Martin, Sr. and Mary (Cidad) Martin. Jesse is survived by his three sons; Raul Moreira, Joaquim Moreira and Andrew Lucas. Jesse was predeceased by his sister; the late Carol McEndarfer.
Jesse was a proud Veteran of the United States Navy who served for his Country during the Vietnam Era. He worked for years as a self employed Artist, Art truly was his passion. He liked animals and enjoyed pets and will miss his cat. "PING" . Jesse also liked to go fishing.
A Memorial Mass will be held at a later date at St. John Neuman Church in East Freetown, Ma.
