Joel T. Ashley 64, of East Freetown passed away on April 22, 2022 at St. Anne's Hospital in Fall River.
He was the beloved husband of Madeleine "Maggie" G.(Croteau) Ashley.
Born in Acushnet, Ma he was the son of the late Maynard D. Ashley and late Mildred (Mitchell) Ashley.
Survivors are his wife Maggie, and his brother Peter K. Ashley and his wife Mary of North Carolina. Joel was predeceased by the remainder of his siblings; The late William Ashley, the late Marilyn Brodeur and the late Linda Brunette. Joel is also survived by his cats; Barry and Zoey.
An avid Harley Davidson lover, he enjoyed riding his Road King along with his wife to the Mountains and Ocean. He loved gardens, animals and working on pools. He also enjoyed driving fast.
Per Joel's wishes, his funeral services will be private.
