Joseph Phillip Maltais "Phillip"

Joseph Phillip Maltais, 69, of New Bedford, passed away, July 24, 2014 at St.Luke's Hospital.

Born in Everette MA ,he was the son of the late Honore J. Maltais and Marie Irene (Rousseau) Maltais. Mr. Maltais is survived by two daughters, and three siblings; his brother, the late Joseph Honore Maltais and two sisters, Marie Rose Lorraine (Maltais) Silveria "Lorraine" of New Bedford and Dorothy Jacqueline Ventura of New Jersey.

Mr.Maltais was a lifelong New Bedford resident and he loved to socialize and he belonged to quite a few, social clubs in the New Bedford area. He worked for years doing Aluminum Siding,  for the St. Jeleay Company.

Per Phillip's wishes, his funeral arrangements are private.
