Julie A. Warren

With heavy hearts and great sadness, we announced that Julie Berube-Warren, 64, of Fall River, MA, has unfortunately passed away. Julie left us on October 23rd, 2025, at Charlton Memorial Hospital after suffering a long-term illness that eventually took her away from us. Julie's passing is bittersweet, though her absence leaves a void in all of our lives. Her family and friends are grateful she is no longer suffering and is finally at peace.

Although we agree that Julie was taken away from us far too soon, and our hearts are aching. We must keep our hearts filled with love. The kind of love that Julie brought into every one of our lives.

Undeniably, Julie had a heart of gold. She spent the majority of her life taking care of others, so much so that she ended up making it her career. Julie worked at People's Incorporated, where she took care of mentally challenged adults. Again, showing how compassionate and selfless she was. She always put everyone else first, especially her children. Julie was survived by her two children, Christopher, 37, and Leah, 36, and Leah's daughter Ava Marie Machado, 9. Ava was Julie's only grandchild, and she loved Ava more than anything in the world. It was obvious to anyone who knew Julie or who saw them together, Ava was her everything. Julie was also survived by her long-time life partner, James "Jimmy" Lenon, her former husband, Robert "Bob" Warren, who is also the father of her children. Julie also had 3 best friends, her sisters. She survived by Sue Medeiros and Claudia Spencer. Unfortunately, she was preceded in death by her sister Patricia Copeland. As well as her mother, Marie Gibbons, whom she loved more than words can explain. 

Julie will truly be missed, thought about, and loved for the rest of our lives. Knowing she is in forever peace with her mom and sister helps with the pain of us losing someone so special. Julie was one of a kind, who was taken too soon and will be forever missed.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Julie's Mass of Christian Burial on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at 10:00am at St. John Neumann Church, 157 Middleboro Road, (Rt18) East Freetown, Ma 02717
