North Dighton, Katherine E. (Piazza) Jones 47, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday September 2, 2017.
She was the beloved wife of Perry K. Jones.
Born in Weymouth she was the loving daughter of Eugene Piazza and Eileen (Carey) Piazza.
Katherine is survived by her stepsons; Christopher Jones and his wife Sara of Montana, and Waymon Jones and his wife Katie of Fall River. She was also the proud grandmother of her 4 grandchildren; Jayde Jones, Kyra Jones, Shayne Jones and Addyson Jones. Katherine is survived by her siblings, her brother; Jeffrey Piazza and his wife Jean of Wellesley, Ma and her sister; Janet Piazza and her husband Paul Hennessey of Londonderry NH.
Katherine worked as a bookeeper for car dealerships. She was a very talented musician and she loved to sing and she also was in several bands. She had a beautiful smile and oh how she loved her grandchildren.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend Katherine's Memorial Service to be held on Sunday September 17, 2017 at 1:00pm at the United Church of Assonet, with her burial to follow in Assonet Burying Ground, then to the reception at Chamberlain Pavillion, Friend Street, Berkley, Ma.
