Leonard Ferreira

Leonard Ferreira, 50, of New Bedford, passed away Nov. 3, 2014, at home surrounded by his loving family, after a brief illness.

Born in New Bedford he was the loving son of the late Leonard Ferreira, Sr and Patricia (Roderick) Ferreiria. Leonard also leaves behind, his beloved  wife, Jennifer Lynn (Hall) Ferreira.

He also was the proud father of three  children, 2 boys, Ryan T. Ferreira of California and Garett Ferreira of Fall River and 1 daughter, Brianna M. Ferreira of New Bedford.

Leonard was predeceased by his siblings, the late,  Kevin Ferreira and Donna Lima. He was also the proud grandfather of his loving grandson, Aiden S. Ferreira.

Leonard served his country in the United States Marine Corp and was a veteran. He also loved computers and to make models. He was a devoted, dedicated family man and loved them all.

Per Leonard's wishes his family is to have his services, at a later date.
