Lillian (Batista) Freitas

Lillian B. Freitas 85, of New Bedford passed away on Friday December 17, 2021 at St. Luke's Hospital in New Bedford.

Born in New Bedford she was the daughter of the late Jose Batista and the late Maria J. Batista.

Lillian is survived by her sons; David Freitas, Alan Freitas and Christopher Batista all of New Bedford and she was predeceased in death, by her infant son, the late Randy Freitas. Lillian was also the proud grandmother of her 6 grandchildren; Brandon, Aaron, Chris, Cameron, Caden and Caleb and her 2 great grandchildren; Amiya and Madison.

Lillian was an extremely talented Artist and it truly was her passion. She also loved her shopping and she also was very fond of animals. She was known to watch Formula One car racing. She got great joy out of helping others, through her social work. Lillian also liked going out frequently with her friends just sitting around and hanging out or singing portuguese music.

Lillian's services will be held at her Church, at a later date.
