Obituary

Margaret Loranger 79, of North Dartmouth passed away Tuesday, April 25, 2023.

Born in New Bedford, Ma she was the daughter of the late John F. Alves, Sr. and the late Angelina (Soares) Alves.

Margaret is survived by her children; Kevin Joseph Loranger of Marion, Kenneth Daniel Loranger of Dartmouth and Deborah Loranger of New Bedford, Ma. Margaret was predeceased by her daughter; the late Donna Marie Loranger. Margaret is also survived by her siblings; Daniel Alves of East Freetown, Cynthia Pimentel and her husband John F. Pimentel, Sr. of North Dartmouth, and Elidia Bialowas of Florida. Margaret was predeceased by her other siblings; the late John F. Alves, Jr., the late Dorothy Grant, and the late Patricia Charbonneau. Margaret was also the proud grandmother of her 2 grandchildren; Ryan Mathew Arsenault and Tiffany Pedro and she also had 3 great grandchildren.

Margaret worked for years as an assembler for Isotronics. 

Margaret's services will include a Memorial Mass at St. John Neumann Church, 157 Middleboro Rd (Rt 18), East Freetown, Ma on May 6, 2023 at 10am, along with burial in Sacred Heart Cemetery in New Bedford, at a later date.
