July 4, 2014, Beth Israel Deconess Medical Center, Boston. Maureen R. (Morgan) Costa, beloved wife, mother, daughter passed unexpectedly.
Maureen is survived by her husband Kevin Costa, her children Dylan Costa, Tyler Costa, the late Andrew Costa and the late Amber Lynn Costa, her mother Luanne Rebello and her husband Dennis, her father Alan Morgan, 2 brothers Brandon Rebello, and Jarrett Morgan, a sister Ashley Morgan, and 2 step sisters. 2 aunts Colleen Francis and her husband Stephen of Martha's Vineyard, Jane Davis of Fairhaven , 3 uncles the late Edward Davis, Arthur Cottle of York, PA., George Morgan and his wife Rosemary of New Bedford, her very best friend Joshua Coe, granddaughter of the late Gerald and Theresa Davis of New Bedford and the late George and Hazel Morgan of York, PA. And several cousins, nieces and nephews.
Maureen's children were her life, she was involved with Parents Enduring Grief - Forever in our Hearts and Infant loss Awareness, was a participant in the scattering garden @ Acushnet Cemetery. She enjoyed going to Foxwoods, an avid bowler and enjoyed being with family and friends. She had an infectious laugh and was a die hard sports fan. She was formerly employed at South Coast Hospital Group, and a former Cheer leading coach at various places throughout New Bedford.
Calling hours to which family and friends are invited, will be at mfcs llc SOUTH COAST CHAPEL, in East Freetown, on Friday, July 11, 2014 from 5pm to 8 pm. Interment will be private at Pine Grove Cemetery in New Bedford.
