Naomi Sherr ( Baptiste) Charron 45, of East Freetown, died suddenly at her home on Saturday March 30, 2019.
She was the wife of Daniel E. Charron, Sr.
Born in New Bedford, Ma she was the beloved daughter of Ruth (Darling) Lopes and the late Julius S. Baptiste. The grandaughter of the late Imogine Parkhurst of N. Wilberham and the late Maurice Baptiste Sr. of East Freetown. She is survived by her grandmother Laura Baptiste of East Freetown.
Naomi was the loving mother of her children; her son, Daniel E. Charron, Jr. of Mattapoisett, and her two daughters; Julie Ingham and her fiance Thomas of Mattapoisett and Caitlin Ingham and her fiance Jeremy of Acushnet. Naomi is also survived by her siblings, her two brothers; Joshua Baptiste and his wife Jill of Lakeville and Jared Lopes and his girlfriend Bonnie of Freetown, and her sister, Bethany Pires and her husband Joseph of Florida. Naomi was also the step mother of Darrell Charron and his fiance Kyla of Rochester and Jessica Charron and her fiance Justin of Fairhaven. Naomi was also the very proud grandmother of her twelve grandchildren. Surviving aunt Maureen Baptiste and deceased uncle Maurice Baptiste, Jr. Naomi is also survived by Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Malifant of Deleware, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Darling also of Deleware and William Darling and Tony Texeira of East Freetown. Naomi is also survived by 9 nephews, 6 nieces and several cousins.
She was a homemaker her whole life, she just loved to cook and was an excellent one. She loved her family, her children and her grandchildren. Naomi also took great pride in her garden and that she attended Cape Cod Community College.
Family and friends are invited to her visitation on Friday April 5th from 4pm to 7 pm, to be held at South Coast Chapel Mortuary, 158 Middleboro Rd (Rt.18) East Freetown, Ma 02717
