Normand Bertrand Obituary
Normand Lucien Bertrand 89, of Acushnet passed away on Tuesday April 21, 2020.
Born in New Bedford, Ma he was the son of the late Alcibia Bertrand and the late Roseanna (Laliberte) Bertrand.
Normand is survived by his children; Maurice D. Bertrand of Phoenix, AZ, Dorothy L. Dagnall and her husband Brian of New Bedford and Brenda Green and her husband Ronald of Livermore, CA. He was predeceased by his siblings; The late Romeo Bertrand, the late Joseph Herve Bertrand and the late Rita Bertrand. Normand is also survived by his 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Normand served his country proudly and was a veteran of the United States Navy. He was also a member of St. Francis Xavier Church. He liked dogs, antique cars and driving around in them. He also loved his first car, a 1935 Ford Convertible.
Normand's services will be held at a later date.
