Patricia A. Oliveira 77, New Bedford, MA, passed away on 1/6/24 at Brandon Woods New Bedford. Patricia was born in Fall River, MA to Clara Hyson and Edward Parker. Patricia is survived by her three children- Cindilee Jope, Michael Jope, and Janis Jope, her seven grandchildren and one great grandchild. She is predeceased by her sister Beverly Riley and survived by her brother Edward Parker.
Patricia was a Christian and loved her Bible. She supported the troops. She received an honorary certificate from the City of New Bedford for feeding the homeless. She also had her own business painting and wallpapering. She loved gardening and making jewelry. When she was younger, she was a free spirit and loved to travel. She lived in Alaska; she also lived in Wyoming for a short time where she was known as "CP"- Crazy Pat.
