New Bedford; Paul M. Henricksen 70, passed away at the Bedford Gardens Care and Rehabilitation Center, on Monday May 14, 2018.
Born in Wareham, Ma he was the son of the late Robert Henricksen and Mary Frances (Marion) Henricksen.
Paul is survived by his former wife, Judith L. (Bartlett) Lagarto.
He is also survived by his two sons; Darrin M. Henricksen and his wife Melanie of Lakeville and Michael Scott Henricksen Sr., and his fiancee Brandy Cavacco also of Lakeville.
He was also the proud grandfather of his three grandchildren; Noah Henricksen, Jacob Henricksen and Michael Scott Henricksen, Jr.
Paul is survived by his sister; Janet (Henricksen) McHale and her husband Robert of New Bedford and he was predeceased by his brother the late Steven Henricksen.
A proud veteran of the United States Army, he served his country during the Vietnam era and continued in the reserves. Paul worked in trucking his whole life, and he owned his own trucks for many of those years. He loved to travel and enjoyed driving trucks and he also liked watching car racing. He was also known to dabble in fishing.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend Paul's Gathering of family and friends on Sunday June 3, 2018 from 4pm to 6pm to be held at South Coast Chapel Mortuary 158 Middleboro Rd (Rt.18) East Freetown, Ma 02717
