Pauline D. (Botelho) Santos

In Loving Memory of our Mother, Grandmother and Great-Grandmother.

Pauline D Santos 78, passed away after a long battle with breast cancer.  She passed at home on January 17, 2025 surrounded by loved ones. 

Pauline was born in Acushnet, MA, the daughter of the late Doris Brites and wife of the late David Santos.  She spent most of her adult years living in East Freetown where she raised her 3 children.  She was a graduate of New Bedford High School class of 1964.  She was able to stay home to raise her children and then joined the work force as they entered school.  She enjoyed working in the school system and as a hostess at a local Italian Restaurant. 

She is preceded by her parents, husband and grandson Devin Carrier. 

She was loved by her children Kathleen Pringle and her husband James of Acushnet, Joanne Carrier and her husband Michael of East Freetown and David Santos and his wife Elisa of Assonet and her grandchildren Geoff Santos, Devin Carrier, Jacob Pringle, Logan Carrier, Nathan Pringle, Amy Pringle, Ethan Carrier and Marissa Santos.  She was also adored by  great-grandchildren Aaliyah Carrier, Josiah Carrier and Caleb Santos. 

She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Her burial services will be private.
