Ralph W Walker

Ralph W. Walker, 100, of Rochester, passed away peacefully in Lakeville on November 24, 2014.

He was the beloved husband of the love of his life, the late Eleanor Pearl (Desjardins) Walker.

Born in Saugus, Ma, Ralph was the son of the late Charles A. Walker and Bertie Emma Sweezey.

He was the cherished father of his four daughters; Cynthia Underhill and her husband Frederick of Rochester and her children; Sherry Rose and her husband Steven of Tennessee; Christine Leonard and her fiancee Mike Cardoso of Fairhaven, Charles(Chuck) Leonard, Jr. and his wife Lisa, of Acushnet and Thomas W. Leonard and his wife Dallas of Westport.

Daughter, Lorna G. Walker of Rochester.; Daughter Sheila W. Andrews and her husband Stephen of North Dartmouth and her daughter, Allison Gross and her husband Gary of New Bedford. Daughter Charlene M. Walker of Middleboro and her three children; Michael Bishop of Vermont, Ashley Bishop of Middleboro and Jonathan Bishop of Middleboro. Ralph was also the proud great grandfather of 11 great grandchildren. He was predeceased by his brother, the late Lloyd Walker.

Ralph served as a Rochester Selectman for years, he also worked for the Plymouth County Registry of Deeds.

Ralph was a lover of Astronomy and even made his own telescope and observatory. He also was an avid Boston Red Sox fan.

Private memorial and burial service's are planned for, Mr and Mrs. Walker.
