Hyannis- Rolf Lake Kristofferson 81, of East Freetown passed away on Friday, November 12,2017.
He was the beloved husband of the late Judith E. (Camara) Kristofferson.
Born in New Bedford he was the son of the late Sven Allan Kristofferson and Ilene Lake.
Rolf was the loving father of his children, two sons; Eric Alan Kristofferson of Centerville and Todd Lake of Assonet and his daughter, Deborah Morgan of New York. Rolf is also survived by his two siblings, his brother, Sven Allan Kristofferson of Lakeville and his sister, Linda Staples of Florida. Rolf was also the proud grandfather of his 5 grandchildren and 2 great grandchild.
Rolf worked for Still Water a stainless steel manufacturer as a Machine Operator. He aso served his country proudly and was a veteran of the United States Navy.
Rolf liked to show horses in his younger years, he also enjoyed his wood carvings and he as well, belonged to three clubs.
A memorial service is planned for Saturday ,December 9, 2017 at 11:00 am, to be held at South Coast Chapel Mortuary, 158 Middleboro Road, (Rt.18) East Freetown, Ma 02717. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend.
