Ronald A. Krouzek

Ronald A. Krouzek 76, of  New Bedford passed away on Thursday August 1, 2019.

He was the beloved husband of Pauline D. (Roy) Krouzek.

Born in Acushnet, Ma he was the son of the late William Krouzek and the late Dolores (Brissette) Krouzek.

Ronald is survived by his children; Michael J. Krouzek and his wife Deborah of Cumberland, RI and Joanne M. Hudon and her husband, David of New Bedford. He is also survived by his step children; Richard Hermont and his wife Nel of New Bedford and Ann-Marie Harris of Raynham. Ronald is survived by his siblings; William Krouzek II of New Bedford, Beatrice Normandin of Connecticut and Diana Demanche of Florida. Ronald was predeceased by his other siblings, his brother, the late Robert Krouzek, and his sisters; the late; Gertrude Lavoie, the late Ruth Cassidy, the late Rita Lajoie and the late Katherine Rocha. Ronald was also the proud grandfather of his 6 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and 2 step great grandchildren.

Ronald was truly a man's man, he  loved the outdoors, especially New Hampshire. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, gardening, and he had quite the sence of humor. But mostly, he loved his family.

A gathering for family and friends will be on Tuesday, August 13, 2019 from 4pm to 7pm and it will be held at South Coast Chapel Mortuary, 158 Middleboro Road (RT18) East Freetown, Ma 02717. A memorial mass will be on Wednesday August 14, 2019 at 10:00 am to be held at Our Lady of Fatima Church, 4256 Acushnet Ave.,New Bedford, Ma. Those wishing to attend the Mass are asked to go directly to church.
