Raynham; Ronald J. Legere 78, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018, at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center in Boston.
He was the beloved husband of Linda E. (Fountain) Legere.
Born in Taunton, MA he was the son of the late Henry F. Legere and Anna (Thibault) Legere. Besides his wife Linda, Ronald is survived by his children; Ronald Joseph Legere, Jr. and his wife Martha of Florida and his daughter; Michele L. DeGrazia and her husband Charles of Lakeville.
Ronald was predeceased by his brother the late Henry Legere and his wife Bonnie, and is survived by his siblings; his brother; Robert Legere and his wife Claire of California and his sister; Ann Dubena and her husband John of Taunton. Ronald was also the proud grandfather of his two grandchildren; Kara Hureau and her husband Rodney and Carly Legere.
Ronald was a veteran and served his country proudly in the United States Coast Guard for seven years, where he earned a Good Conduct Award. He worked for years as a tax consultant for his own Company. He had a very strong work ethic and enjoyed working very much. He liked to watch the New England Patriots as well as the Boston Red Sox. Although Ronald never really liked cats, he came to love one named Oreo and she had him wrapped around her lil paws. All in all he was just a really nice family guy, who loved his wife, children and grandchildren more than anything.
His services are to be held at a later date.
