Ruth Wallace Obituary
Ruth B. (Newman) Wallace 94, of Rochester passed away on Saturday the 29th of October at the Morton Hospital in Tauunton.
She was the loving wife of the late Howard F. Wallace.
Born in Medford, Mass she was the beloved daughter of the late Edwin Newman and Blanche (Caldwell) Newman.
Ruth was the loving mother of her son, Jeffrey B. Wallace and his wife Ethel of Rochester.She is predeceased by her brother; the late William Newman. Ruth was also the proud grandmother of her two grandsons; Dennis Wallace and Scott Wallace and her two great grandchildren; Daniel Wallace and Megan Wallace.
Ruth worked as a bookkeeper for the Lanoe Brothers Shoes in Brockton. Ruth had the Church, as her center. She loved to do jigsaw puzzles, and oh how she loved music, especially playing the piano for Church.
Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her memorial service, it will be held at the Christadelphia Ecclessia Church, 2104 Cranston St / Meshanticut Park, Cranston, RI 02920 on Saturday Nov.12, 2016 at 4:00pm. She will also be buried earlier that same day in Melrose Cemetery with her husband on Nov. 12, 2016, at 10:00am
