Sandra L (Bedard) Pinheiro

Sandra Bedard Pinheiro, 60, of New Bedford, passed away Wednesday March 15, 2023 at Brush Hill Care Center, Milton, MA.

Born in New Bedford, daughter of the late Paul H. and Gloria (Messenger) Bedard. Sandra lived her entire life in New Bedford. She was a graduate of New Bedford High School. She was a communicant of St. John Neumann Church, Freetown.

Sandra recently worked at the Home Depot, Taunton.

She enjoyed cooking and loved dogs, especially her beloved Oreo.

Survivors include daughter Jocelyn Raposo and her spouse Ana Paula of North Carolina, a son Kyle Castino of North Carolina, her sister Karen Besse and her husband Donald of Middleboro. Also, her companion Tony Pinheiro of New Bedford. Grandson Landon Tetrault of North Carolina, nephew/godchild Jason Besse and wife Kristina of Fairhaven, nephew Mathew Besse and wife Katey of Assonet, aunt Jeanne Despres of North Dartmouth and several grand-nieces, grand-nephews and cousins.

Her memorial Mass will be held on Saturday April 1, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. in St. John Neumann Church, 157 Middleboro Road, Freetown, MA. The family will accept guests at 9:00 a.m. Burial will be private.
