Stanley D Sherman

Stanley D. Sherman 70, of Lakeville passed away at his home on Wednesday Jan. 23, 2019. He was the beloved husband of Nancy (Ashley) Sherman.

Born in New Bedford, Ma the son of the late Allen Sherman and Marie R. Levesque. Stanley is survived by his children, his son; Stanley D. Sherman II of Lakeville and his  two daughters; Tracey Brunette and her husband Scott of Assonet and Cheryl Salpietro and her husband Anthony of Berkley. Stanley is survived by  his siblings, his two sisters; Beverly Smith and her husband Jerry of Louisiana and Sandra Reynolds and her husband Robert of Freetown. He also was predeceased by his four brothers; The late Robert Flood, Wayne Sherman, Barry Sherman and David Sherman. Stanley was also the proud grandfather of his six grandchildren; Scotty Brunette, Katelyn Leal and her husband Frank, Jacob Salpietro, Cody Salpietro, Noah Salpietro, and Evan Sherman.

Stanley was a self employed truck driver, he also worked for L & S Concrete. He really loved race cars and enjoyed building cars in his gararge, to head to Seekonk Speedway. He loved boxing, and all sports stuff.

Memorial service for Stanley will be held, on February 9, 2019 at 10:00 am at Cornerstone Community Church, 111 Highland Road, Lakeville, Ma . 02347 Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
