Steven A. Kovatis 70, of Middleboro, passed away peacefully on June 1, 2017 at Tobey Hospital in Wareham.
He was the love of her life, his wife, Joan B. (Mackiewicz) Kovatis.
Born in Brockton, Ma he was the son of the late William Kovatis and Dorothy (Warren) Kovatis.
Steven is survived by his family, his wife, his son, Jeff Maynard and his wife Erica of Raynham, his brother; William Kovatis of West Bridgewater, his older brother, his sister, Darlene Lambert of Hanson and his two precious granddaughters; Ella Maynard and Emelia Maynard.
Steven worked for years as a self employed Antique Dealer, @ Barewood Antiques. Steve also drove adults with disabilities through VHS transportation. He loved to go to Las Vegas every year with his wife. He enjoyed his cat, T.I., antiques, of course and he had quite the sense of humor. In his younger years he cherished the time he spent with his friend, DOC snowmobiling and jet skiing. But mostly he loved spending time with his family especially his granddaughters.
A celebration of his life will be held at a later date, at a date and time to be announced.
