Susan T. (Texeira) Lheureux

Susan T. Lheureux, 58 of New bedford passed away on January 7, 2016 at the Vibra Hospital.

Born in New Bedford, she was the daughter of the late Robert Texeira and Lillian Alves (Aikin).

She was the beloved mother of her son, Kevin H. Lheureux and his fiancee Alyssa Tucker of New Bedford.

Susan is survived by her siblings, 2 brothers, Robert Texeira and Michael Texeira both of New Hampshire and her 3 sisters; Rosemary, Diane and Joyce.

Susan was also the proud grandmother of her 3 grandchildren; Makenzy Lheureux, Nathyn Lheureux and Dominik Lheureux.

She worked for years as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Oaks Nursing and Rehab facility in New Bedford. She enjoyed baking and cooking, and liked to make cakes for people. She also liked doing crafts.

A gathering of family and friends, to which both family and friends are respectfully invited to attend will be held Tuesday, February 2, 2016 from 5pm to 8 pm, here at South Coast Chapel Mortuary, 158 Middleboro Rd. (Rt.18) in East Freetown, Ma.
