Walter Eluziario 89, of New Bedford passed away peacefully, on Friday June 22, 2018.
He was the beloved husband of the late Frances (Reid) Eluziario.
Born in New Bedford, Ma he was the son of the late Antone Eluziario and Virginia (Costa) Eluziario.
Walter is survived by his stepson; Robert Lapienski and step daughter; Barbara(Lapienski) Frates, his sister; Evelyn Barao and he is predeceased by his late sister; Alice Raphael. Walter is also survived by his grandson; Derek Frates.
Walter served his country proudly in the United States Navy during WW II and is a veteran. He also worked for many years as a custodian for the New Bedford School Dept.
Family and friends are respectfully invited to attend his Military Honors to be held at Massachusets National Cemetery, Connery Ave., Bourne, Ma. on Friday July 13, 2018 at 11:00 am.
